Pizzamico, LLC hosts an online and mobile ordering service for participating pizzerias. Through the course of a pizzeria"s participation with Pizzamico LLC"s ordering service, content may be created by Pizzamico LLC on behalf of participating pizzerias including but not limited to websites, mobile apps, photos, text, customer records, and historical data records. Participation of a pizzeria may be terminated at either party"s discretion at any time for any or no reason. In the event of termination, Pizzamico, LLC retains sole ownership of all content. Permission to use Pizzamico LLC"s content is revoked upon termination of participation.

8. Site Terms of Use Modifications

Pizzamico, LLC may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

9. Governing Law
